I have been the IT Industry for 15 years, maintaining computer systems for 2 major hotels. I have dealt with the suppliers, the salesmen and the hotel guests, from the most experienced computer user to the one finger typist.

Over that 15 yearsI have been responsible for over 100 workstation computers and 12 servers at any one time that must operate 365 days of the year, 24 hours a day.

I have become proficient in most Microsoft Products, ie Word, Excel, Windows etc. as well as many networking systems and software. I train staff on how to use the computer, the basic elements of computing as well as problem solving, software installation and hardware installation. If I am to help you get the most from your system then I belive in elementary training for all users.

I have a strong belief in service firts, my priority lies in the client being satisfied that they have recieved value for money.
